Going to review Los Cuates and many more...
Hello, everyone. I am going to start reviewing restaurants in Albuquerque, which the first restaurant will be Los Cuates. I will get as many facts as I can from the restaurants, such as the history, where the restaurants get their products, and the way the chefs cook their dishes. These will not be the only facts that I will try to obtain when I interview the staff. Please comment on which restaurants you would like me to review in the Albuerque area. Thank you!

Los Cuates is definitley a favorite for many New Mexican's, and I'm guessing some will argue that it is the #1 spot for New Mexican food? Which, to the food gurus, what is New Mexican food? Is it what is hot, cheesy, and saucy? Or is it just what locals choose as their favorites?
ReplyDeleteI like the layout. It's impossible not to like food, and Los Cuates is one of the best New Mexican restaurant in the city. I'm very interested in seeing whatelse you have to say.
ReplyDeleteOh man I love Los Cuates. I used to work close to the one on Menaul and went there frequently. Their salsa is one of the most unique I've ever tasted and I usually fill myself up on chips and salsa before the entree gets there.

You had a couple of typo's in each post, although I'm not sure how important this is in the blogosphere. They aren't major so I think they are negligible.
I think you could improve your blog by giving a range of prices for various dishes. I know you have posted a link to their menu, but maybe for every Mexican restaurant you review you should give the price of basic plates. Like for every restaurant give the price of a beef taco plate, enchilada plate, beef burrito place, etc. So that you have a comparative basis for each restaurant. Just a thought!

I really enjoy this blog because i have acquired a taste for New Mexican food and i will be keeping up to date on this blog to see the best places to eat in the local area. I will certainly be making the time to have dinner at Los Cuates because of the raving reviews. I love the way you have put pictures up and this adds to my understanding of what it is like. great start.
